基于地面LiDAR的三维竣工测量方法研究

竣工测量是城市规划行政主管部门进行规划审批后管理的一项重要程序,为城市的规划和城市管理提供完整、准确的、现实性强的基础资料,为数字城市的建设提供必备数据。本文在传统的竣工测量基础上,提出了基于地面LiDAR的建筑物三维竣工测量新模式,阐述了地面LiDAR的规划建筑物竣工验收测量的作业流程,详细介绍了数据采集和处理中的关键技术,开展了一系列建筑物验收测量工程,取得了很好的效果。

Research on 3 D Completion Surveying Method Based on Terrestrial LiDAR

Completion Surveying is a key important program of city planning administration on planning and manage -ment,to provide basic data integrity,accurate,realistic strong for city planning and management;provide necessary data for the construction of digital city .Based on the completion of the traditional Surveying ,this paper puts forward a new mode of 3D surveying buildings based on Terrestrial LiDAR ,expounds the planning and building of Terrestrial LiDAR ac-ceptance Surveying process ,introduces the key technology of data acquisition and processing ,carried out a series of build-ings acceptance survey project ,and achieved very good results .
