摘    要:介绍了混合电动轿车用MH-Ni动力电池的研制.通过调整和改进正极配方,开发MH-Ni动力电池专用贮氢合金粉,以及设计全新的双头封口电池结构,提高了电池的高倍率充放电性能和高低温性能,能量密度>56Wh/kg,功率密度>700W/kg,浮充循环寿命>10万次.

Abstract:The research on Ni - MH power battery for HEV was introduced. High rate charge and discharge performance, high and low temperature performance were improved by adjusting and modifying the composition of positive electrode, and adopting special hydrogen-storing alloy powder for Ni - MH power battery and dual - head sealed structure. Energy density of more than 56Wh/kg and power density of more than 700W/kg were achieved. The cycle life was over 100 000 times at simulated working status.
