锂离子蓄电池用锡镍合金的储锂性能研究

摘    要:文章以电沉积的方法制备了Sn-Ni合金,同时对合金的成分与嵌锂性能作了分析,这种合金具有较好的嵌锂性能。为提高合金的循环性能,研究了基体预处理与添加钼元素的影响。结果表明,对基体预处理可以提高合金的循环性能,但影响合金的比容量;而钼元素的加入由于提高了镍元素的稳定性而具有较好的效果,充放电150次之后比容量仍有约200mAh/g。

Abstract:Sn-Ni alloys prepared by electrodeposited were examined in this article. The composition of alloy was characterized by energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then the electrochemical character was measured by cyclic voltammogram (CV) and galvanostatic charge and discharge. In order to improve the cycle performance of electrodeposited Sn-Ni alloys, pre-treating Cu substrate and dopping Mo into electrodeposited Sn-Ni alloys were investigated. The former one showed excellent electrochemical performance and discharge capacity was approximate 200 mAh/g after 150 cycles.
