| 摘 要： | 动态血压监测比偶测血压能提供更可靠的血压测值,显示与高血压靶器官并发症有更密切的关系.动态血压监测在一日内可提供很多个血压测值,可全面地反映不同环境条件下的血压变化,更准确地诊断高血压,有助于决定治疗、选择用药、观察药物疗效及判断预后.

| Abstract: | Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring can provide more reliable value of blood pressure (BP) and show more closer relation to the target organ complication of hypertension than causal blood pressure. And it provides different measured readings in a day, which reflect the changes of BP in different surroundings in all its aspects. By using the method, hypertension can be more accurately diagnosed, which helps the determination of the treatment, the choice of drugs, the observation of drug effects and the judgement of prognosis. |
