混合式抽水蓄能电站在梯级水电站群中的优化调度

摘    要:在充分考虑东北电网调峰需求和抽水蓄能机组运行工况的前提下,优化白山混合式抽水蓄能电站水库调度,提高白山水库的运行水位,获得最大化的"水头"增发电量,实现梯级电站年发电量或年调峰效益的最大化。结果表明白山混合式抽水蓄能电站抽水发电转换效率发电量最大模型比调峰效益最大模型高,2种模型的抽水发电转换效率分别为90.65%~95.50%和87.94%~92.58%,都比纯抽水蓄能电站的发电转换效率高,体现了混合式抽水蓄能电站的优势。抽水蓄能机组运行对下游仅具有日调节性能的红石水电站影响不大,但加剧了下游具有不完全多年调节性能的丰满水库的径流年内分配的不均匀,使得梯级运行效率为75.93%~82.62%。结果表明梯级水电站群中建设混合式抽水蓄能电站,其效率及对其他电站的影响与梯级电站的布置如龙头水库的位置和开发方式等因素有关。
