子午流注纳甲法治疗慢性咽炎38例临床研究

目的观察子午流注纳甲法针刺治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法以观察表序号将70例患者随机分两组，观察组38例，采用子午流注纳甲法、体针疗法治疗；对照组32例。采用与观察组相同的体针疗法治疗。结果治疗1疗程后统计显示，观察组的临床治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运用子午流注纳甲法配合体针疗法治疗本病具有缩短疗程、提高疗效、复发率低等优点。

Clinical study on treatment of 38 chronic pharyngitis patients on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow

Objective To investigate the curative effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on chronic pharyngitis.Methods Seventy patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected for clinical comparative observation.They were randomly allocated to two groups according to the serial numbers on an observation table.The observation group of 38 cases were treated with body acupuncture on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow and the control group of 32 cases,with the same body acupuncture as in the observation group.Results Statistics after one course of treatment showed that both the clinical cure rate and total efficacy rate were significantly higher and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The advantages of treating chronic pharyngitis with body acupuncture on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow are the shortened course of treatment,improved curative effect and a low recurrence rate.
