| 摘 要： | 目的对广元市幼托机构工作人员及患者家长进行手足口病知识、态度调查,为健康教育工作重点提供依据。方法抽取幼托机构工作人员和患者家长进行匿名自评式问卷调查。结果共调查362人,2类5项47个问题。手足口病相关知识知晓情况3项21个问题显示,幼托机构调查对象对手足口病症状知晓率（100%）、并发症知晓率（83.6%）、患者主要是婴幼知晓率（83.6%）等10个问题的知晓率高于患儿家长知晓率;知识获取渠道2项26个问题显示,调查对象期望获取手足口病相关知识的途径主要为电视台（91.37%）、卫生部门宣传资料（88.67%）、社会的宣传（61.05%）和报纸（60.02%）。结论在加强幼托机构工作人员中对手足口病防治方面知识的同时,要发挥媒体的广泛宣传作用,加强对幼儿家长的健康教育;在疾病防控中,要充分发挥疾病预防控制机构的作用。 |
