摘    要:本文对常压煤气甲烷化过程进行了热力学分析,并用Broyden方法计算了甲烷化反应体系在原料气组成、反应温度、压力及空速一定时,抑制析碳所需的最小水蒸汽加入量。

Abstract:The process of coal gas methanation under atmospheric pressure was analized. Rmin of prohibiting carbon deposition was calculated on certain condition of coal gas composition,temperature,pressure and velocity by Broyden method. Based on the result,we can find out the optimum R at certain reaction temperature.
