摘    要:当前港口电气设备接入现场总线控制系统需诉求于设备供应商的现场总线网关,这限制了港口电气设备接入现场总线的范围,提高了接入门槛.为解决上述问题,采用Profibus-DP/Modbus网关设计方案,通过硬件环境搭建和支持软件的编写,提供了一种便于通用港口电气设备接入Profibus现场总线的网关设计方案和思路,并顺利实现了测试,且数据交换正常.

Profibus Access Gateway Interface Design for Port Electrical Equipment FCS

Abstract:Presently the access of port electrical equipment to field bus control system needs to appeal to the field bt, s gateway of the equipment suppliers,which limits the range of port electrical equipment access to the fieht bus and rises the access threshold. To solve the above problems,this paper adopts tire Profihus-dp/ Modbus gateway scheme to design a gateway interface through environmental hardware construction and supporting software writing so as to facilitate the aceess of port electrical equipment to the field hus. The scheme has been tested and proved to be able to realize normal data exchange.
