教育管理学分制的内涵及实施

摘    要:高职生的教育管理是高等职业教育的核心内容,结合某高职院校的实践,针对高职生身心特点和管理困境,遵循高等职业教育教学规律,探讨了对学生接受思想政治教育状况、纪律表现和个人操行定期考核的教育管理学分制,讨论了该制度在提高高职生综合素质方面所起到的积极作用.

Abstract:To strengthen education and management of students in higher vocational colleges is the core content of higher vocational education. The paper elaborates the credit system in educational management based on the practice of the system in a vocational college. The system is established on regular evaluation of students' ideological and political education, discipline performance and personal behaviors, following the rules of higher vocational education, in comply with students' physical and mental characteristics and aiming at solving problems in their management. The system has played a positive role in enhancing students' comprehensive qualities.
