基于信息化技术促进学校新生报到流程的优化

随着湖南铁道职业技术学院招生规模的不断扩大,传统的纸质的新生报到模式已不适应发展的需要。针对湖南铁道职业技术学院新生报到过程的特点,梳理出了新生报到的主业务流程,提出了新生入学报到系统的体系架构,建立了适于学院的新生入学报到系统。

This paper listed the main registration process according to the characteristics of the new students＇ recruitment of Hunan Railway Professional Technology College, and put forward system structure for the new students＇ registration, building a new registration system for the enrollment of new students.
