摘    要:在甘蔗组培育苗中,过氧化物酶同工酶活性与胚性细胞团的分化程度有关。其中的Bo酶带与分化状态密切相关,是分化成苗的必要条件之一。细胞分裂素诱导Bo酶带的出现。2,4-D抑制细胞分裂素对Bo酶带的诱导,使Bo酶带消失,并且改变了过氧化物酶同工酶的组成与活性,抑制分化成苗,促进胚性细胞团的旺盛成长。

Abstract:The activity of peroxidase isoenzyme has relation to the differential degree of embryonic cells in the tissue culture of sugar-cane. Among the peroxidase isoenzyme the Bo band has a close relationship with the differential condition. It is one of the essential precondition of differentiaton. The Bo band's appearance can be inducted by cytokintin, but the induction can be inhibited by 2,4-D. So the Bo band disappear when 2,4-D is remaining. Moreover the 2,4-D changes the peroxidase isoenzyme's composition and its activity, inhibits the differentiation of embryonic cell of sugar-cane and promotes its growth.
