磷渣颗粒级配对水泥石孔结构的影响

摘    要:采用压汞法对磷渣水泥石的孔结构进行了试验研究,又用灰色关联分析不同磷渣颗粒分布对水泥石孔结构的影响,并用Origin作图分析磷渣水泥石孔径分布的变化趋势。结果表明:对于不同的磷渣,其颗粒级配对水泥石的孔结构的影响有显著差异,并不是细颗粒含量越高水泥石总的孔隙率越低,而要根据具体的磷渣选择适当的粉磨细度。

Abstract:The pore structure of phosphorus slag cement stone was studied by means of mercury intrusion analysis, and the gray correlation analysis was used to analyze the effect of various particle distribution of phosphorus slag on pore structure of cement stone, then the tendency of variation of pore diameter distribution of cement stone was analyzed by Origin software. The results showed that the effects of particle gradation of various phosphorus slag on pore structure of cement stone exist remarkable difference. The higher content of fine particle doesn't lead to lower porosity of the cement stone always, but depending on the proper fineness of the slag respect to the specific phosphorus slag.
