32例语言发育迟缓儿童小组训练的疗效观察

目的观察语言发育迟缓儿童小组训练的疗效。方法选取康复中心2007年1月-6月间语言发育迟缓患儿75例,观察组32例根据其语言发育评估水平进行分组,同一水平者每两人一组,以组为单位进行语言训练;对照组43例进行一对一语言训练。6个月后应用中国版儿童语言发育迟缓检查法1]进行疗效对比。结果观察组11例患儿显效,16例患儿有效,5例无效,总有效率83.4%;对照组14例患儿显效,21例患儿有效,8例无效,总有效率81.4%;二组进行有效率的卡方检验无显著差异（P〉0.01）。结论小组训练可以促进语言发育迟缓儿童的语言发展,值得临床推广。

To observe the effect of group therapy on the children with language relardation

Objective:To observe the effect of group therapy on the children with language delay.Methods:75 children with language retardation were divided into two groups:32 in observational group trained by the form of group therapy,43 in control group trained by the form of one by one.Effect evaluation was made with CRRC(s-s) after 6 months.Results:11 cases were significant effective,16 effective,5 invalid,the total effective rate was 83.4% in the observational group,14 cases were significant,21 effective,8 invalid,the total effective rate was 81.4% in the control group,There was no significant difference about the total effective rates between two groups(P>0.01).Conclusion:The form of group therapy can improve the language development of the children with language retardation.
