| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肝癌患者血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、a的变化情况。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月-2009年5月我院收治的46例肝癌患者（实验组）血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4检测结果，同时与40饲正常人（对照组）检测结果作对比分析。结果：实验组IgG、IgA较正常组明显升高（P〈0．05），IgM与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；实验组补体∞明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），CA与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：肝癌患者体液免疫功能增强。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the change of IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, C4 of patients with liver cancer. Methods： Making a retrospective analysis on test results of IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, CA of 46 cases （the experiment group） of patients with liver cancer who accepted treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to May. 2009. Then compare the results with 40 cases （the control group） of healthy people. Results. IgG and IgA are higher in the treatment group; there is no significant difference of IgM; C3 is higher in the treatment group; there is no significant difference of CA. Conclusion. The immunity function of patients with liver cancer is strengthened. |
