慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者血清TNF-α和IFN-γ水平分析

目的：分析不同临床阶段的慢性HBV感染者血清TNF-α和IFN-γ水平差异,探讨其水平差异与慢性HBV感染结局的关系。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）87例,乙型肝炎肝硬化（LC）38例,HBV相关肝细胞癌（HCC）34例,应用ELISA法分别检测其血清IFN-γ和TNF-α水平。结果：在所观察的3组中,TNF-α水平均有明显升高,其中LC组和HCC组均显著高于CHB组（P〈0.001）,但LC组和HCC组间无显著性差异;而CHB、LC和HCC3组间血清IFN-γ水平无显著性差异（P=0.208）。结论：血清TNF-α水平可能与慢性HBV感染的结局相关,而IFN-γ水平与慢性HBV感染结局无明显相关性。

Analysis of serum levels of TFN-α and IFN-γ in patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection

Objective：To analyze the differences of serum levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in different clinical stages of chronic hepatitis B virus infection,and explore the relationship between the levels and the outcomes of chronic HBV in fection.Methods：Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to measure the levels of TFN-α and IFN-γ in the serum of 87 patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）,38 patients of liver cirrhosis（LC）,34 patients of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Results：In the observed 3 groups,the level of TNF-α was higher markedly in patients of LC group and HCC group than those in CHB group（P〈0.001）,but there was no significant difference between LC group and HCC group;While there was no significant difference in the level of IFN-γ among 3 groups（P=0.208）.Conclusion：Serum level of TNF-α may be correlated to the outcome of chronic HBV infection,while level of IFN-γ has no significant relevance.
