复方丹参注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心率变异性及心功能的临床研究

目的研究复方丹参注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心率变异性及心功能的影响。方法选择广东省揭西县中医医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者共160例，上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规西医抗心衰治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予复方丹参注射液。观察两组治疗前和治疗后心功能及心率变异性改变情况。结果观察组80例治疗后左心室射血分数、每搏输出量、每分输出量与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组80治疗后SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD、PNN50与对照组80治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参注射液能够显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能，改善此类患者的心率变异性，改善患者预后。

Clinical study of Danshen injection on cardiac function and heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of Danshen injection on cardiac function and heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Totally 160 cases with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided in- to observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy. The observa- tion group was given Danshen injection on the basis of the the conventional treatment. Cardiac function and heart rate var- iability were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results Left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac output, cardiac outpqt in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P ~： 0. 135 ） ; SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50 in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danshen injection can improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, and im- prove the heart rate variability in such patients, and improve the prognosis of the patients.
