| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脑卒中患者骨密度(BMD)变化及影响因素。方法:采用双能X线BMD仪对32例脑卒中患者(卒中组)患侧股骨和10例健康人(对照组)股骨进行BMD及T分值检测,分析影响BMD变化的可能因素。结果:卒中组患者BMD明显低于对照组(P0.01);回归分析显示,卒中组患者患侧股骨颈(Neck)BMD与性别呈负相关,三角区(Ward)BMD与病程呈负相关(均P0.05);大转子(GT)BMD与性别呈正相关(P0.01),与病程呈负相关(均P0.01)。T分值分析中,GT有相关的影响因素为性别,即男性T分值高于女性。结论:脑卒中患者患侧股骨BMD明显下降;性别和病程与BMD改变密切相关,是主要影响因素。
