摘 要: | 目的评价实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术(SAT)检测尿液中沙眼衣原体(CT)的特异性和敏感性。方法对175例疑似患者生殖道拭子行CT—SAT、PCR检测和沙眼衣原体培养,同时对对应的175份尿液标本行CT—SAT检测。结果SAT对同一患者的拭子标本和尿液标本的检测结果符合率100%。1例淋球菌培养阴性而SAT阳性,2例PCR阳性而SAT阴性。结论SAT技术检测拭子及尿液中的沙眼衣原体具有很高的灵敏度和特异性,为CT的实验室诊断提供新的检测方法。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the real-time isothermal nucleic acid amplification fluorescence (SAT) Chlamydia trachomatis in urine ( CT ) of the specificity and sensitivity. Methods 175 cases of suspected patients of genital swab line CT-SAT, PCR testing and Chlamydia trachomatis culture, while the corresponding urine specimens of 175 CT-SAT test. Results SAT on the same source swab specimens and urine samples consistent results: Case of SAT-positive and N.gonorrhoeae culture-negative,2 SAT-negative and PCR positive. Conclusion SAT swabs and urine detection of Chlamydia trachomatis with high sensitivity and specificity of laboratory diagnosis for the CT to provide a new detection method. |
