显微图像处理技术在病原体检测中的应用

摘    要:为了缩短目前人工初筛镜检诊断淋病存在的诊断周期,提高诊断准确率,降低检验成本。本文将图像处理技术用于淋病病原体显微图像的处理,在对图像进行预处理和序贯分割的基础上,标记多形核白细胞和淋球菌,实现了淋球菌的自动计数和淋球菌与多形核白细胞的定位,从而为淋病病情的诊断提供了依据。

Abstract:At present the period of diagnosing gonorrhea by artificial screen test is too long. In order to improve the diagnosing precision and reduce the test fare, this article applies the technique of image processing to the measurement and analysis of the microscopic image of gonorrhea pathogen. We propose a method, which first widely process the image and segments it sequentially using tim OTSU threshold method, and then identifies the multi-shape-nucleus region and gonococcus, finally actualizes the auto-computation of gonococcus and auto-location of gonococcus and gonorrhea, which provides the prerequisite for diagnosing gonorrhea.
