摘    要:为满足低位截瘫病人行动和下肢功能锻炼的需要,设计了一种新型的以车代步,能实现坐、站、躺转位以及上、下一定高度台阶等多种功能的截瘫锻炼车.坐、站转位采用六杆机构,该机构是按截瘫病人舒适要求为目标进行优化设计而求得.为保证使用的安全、可靠,本文又对辅助车系统分别从倾覆失稳和滑动失稳两个方面进行了稳定性分析,提出了评定辅助车稳定性的判据,通过对判据的讨论,给出了系统稳定工作的范围.

Optimal Design And Analysis of Stability of Multi-function Paraplegia Wheelchair
Abstract:To facilitate the movements of lower position paraplegia patients and their functionary exercises on the leg, a new multi-function paraplegia wheelchair has been designed which can assume sitting, standing and lying positions and climb up and down steps of a certain height. Asix-bar linkage is employed in the turning mechanism for sitting or standing positions. The mechanism has been optimally designed for the comfort of the paraplegia. To ensure safety and reliability, an. analysis of the stability of the wheelchair system has been made in terms of both overturning unstability and sliding unstability. The Oriterion for evaluating the stability of the wheelchair is presented. From the discussion, the stable range of the wheelchair is obtained.
