压力容器简体与补强圈间接触特性的研究

摘    要:在应用薄壳理论对压力容器开孔补强结构进行分析时,常常假设补强圈与壳体间没有接触,对于该假设的合理性并没有相应的依据。文中采用ANSYS软件提供的非线性有限元技术,分别模拟内压、接管横向、纵向弯矩作用下补强圈与圆柱壳体间的接触行为。分析与试验数据表明,有限元接触分析能很好预测补强圈的应力场,同时对补强圈与简体之间的间隙量及开孔率对接触的影响也作了初步探讨。

Abstract:In the analysis of the cylindrical pressure vessels with reinforced pad using thin shell theory, no contact between the pad and vessel is often assumed. It has no enough evidences to verify this supposition. Contact behavior between the reinforcement pad and shell under internal pressure, transverse, longitudinal moment separately was simulated by nonlinear finite element technology provided by the software of ANSYS. A comparison of the finite element results with those from experiments shows that the finite element method with contact can predict the stress distribution of the opening-reinforcement pad region well. The effect of the gap between the pad and vessel, as well as the effect of the variety of dlD to the contact were also investigated.
