缺氧条件下含氧燃料燃烧性能研究

摘    要:采用低压氧弹法模拟高原缺氧条件下燃料的燃烧状况,选择二乙二醇二甲醚、己二酸二乙酯、生物柴油作为含氧添加剂,分别以不同配比掺混到柴油中,研究了这3种含氧添加剂在缺氧条件下的助燃性能,并采用燃烧改善系数作为评价指标来评价它们的助燃效果。结果表明:在缺氧条件下,加入3种含氧添加剂均能不同程度地提高燃料的燃烧性能;助燃作用的大小与添加剂本身的热值和含氧量有关;在海拔3 000 m处,最优含氧添加剂是二乙二醇二甲醚,其最佳添加量(w) 为18%。

Abstract:Diglyme, diethyl adipate and biodiesel were selected as oxygenated additives to mix with diesel in different proportions, respectively,to investigate the combustion characteristics of fuels under the oxygen deficient conditions by low pressure oxygen bomb calorimeter. The efficiencies were evaluated by the combustion improvement factor Ψ. The results show that the three oxygenated additives can all improve the combustion of diesel fuel under the oxygen deficient condition. The combustion efficiency is concerned with the calorific value and the oxygen content of the oxygenated additive. At the altitude of 3000 meters, the best oxygenated additive is Diglyme, and the perfect dosage is 18%.
