| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨首发抑郁症患者的糖代谢情况。方法:对100例首发抑郁症患者及50名健康人进行糖耐量试验(OGTT),并检测其空腹血浆胰岛素的浓度。结果:餐后0 h、餐后1 h、餐后3h血糖值,两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);抑郁症组空腹血糖值、餐后2 h的血糖值、OGTT血糖曲线下面积,两组比较均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01);两组糖耐量减退的发生率有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01),抑郁症组糖耐量减退发生率较对照组高。结论:首发抑郁症患者存在一定的糖代谢异常,临床医师应该对抑郁症患者的血糖进行随访监测,以便早期发现、干预、治疗糖代谢性疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate glycometabolism of patients with depression at first episode. Methods:Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was performed in 100 patients with depression at first episode and 50 healthy subjects;the levels of fast blood plasma insulin were also measured.
