摘    要:目的:评估3种不同的个体化激光角膜原位磨镶手术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK):Q值优化的非球面像差切削(aberration smart ablation,ASA)模式、波前像差引导下的ASA模式(WASCA)、波前像差联合虹膜定位双重引导的ASA模式(IR+WASCA)的临床疗效。方法:连续选取96位近视患者,随机选定患者的某一眼参与研究,共96眼。其中30眼行ASA手术(ASA组),32眼行WASCA手术(WASCA组),34眼行IR+WASCA手术(IR+WASCA组)。术前3组等效球镜值(SE)、年龄、性别、瞳孔大小及高阶像差大小均无统计学差异。术后1个月、3个月复查裸眼视力、屈光度及波前像差。结果:术后三组1个月、3个月裸眼视力≥0.8者均为100%,组间比较无统计学差异;其中WASCA组术后裸眼视力100%≥1.0。三组术后1个月、3个月的屈光不正均在±0.50 D范围内。术后1个月、3个月三组间SE、高阶像差均方根及其改变量比较均无统计学差异。不同模式下LASIK术后总高阶像差、总彗差、总球差均增大,手术前后对比差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:...
