摘    要:CAN总线作为一种工业现场总线,由于其数据通信的可靠性、实时性、灵活性、抗干扰能力强、传输距离远等优点被广泛应用于各种控制现场。以多色高速印刷机的控制系统为背景,设计一种基于DSP的多电机同步控制CAN总线通信方式,通过CAN总线通讯卡把PC机和DSP控制器联起来,实现多台永磁同步电机的协调同步控制,使得同步控制系统更为精确、更为灵活,为将此通信方式能更好地应用在多种分布式控制系统中奠定了基础。

Abstract:As an industrial field-bus, CAN bus is widely applied in all kinds of control field because of reliable commu- nication, real-time, flexibility, strong anti-jamming capability, long transmission distance etc. Taking high-speed printing presses with multiple color as the background, this paper presents the communication of CAN bus used in synchronization control of multi-motor based on DSP, the combination of PC and DSP controllers by a CAN bus communication card, realizes many sets of permanent magnet synchronous motors coordination synchronous control, makes the synchronous control system more accurate and more flexible. This means of communication lay a foundation for better aoolication in a lot of distributed control system.
