摘    要:综合运用三维造型软件UGNX3.0、CAXA2006及有限元分析软件Cosmos/works对某钻机建立三维模型,对其机械系统作运动仿真,对钻机的关键零件—钻头进行静态受力分析,找出了钻头的最大应力区及最大变形区,并对其进行了结构优化。

Abstract:UGNX3.0 and CAXA2006 were used to establish the solid models and carry out dynamics simulation of a mining - drilling machine. Cosmos/works is applied to the static analysis of the machine - cutting head. Maximal deformation zone and maximal vol mises are found when it is loaded, and the header can be reconstructed.
