专科护理管理模式在医院压疮护理质量控制中的应用

目的]探讨专科护理质量管理模式在我院压疮护理质量控制中的应用效果。方法]建立以造口治疗师(ET)为督导的专科护理管理模式,即成立造口伤口专科护理质量督导小组,通过让造口伤口专科护士(造口治疗师)参与压疮护理质量控制,充分发挥专科护士的作用,调动其工作积极性,同时有效地培训专科护士的临床护理管理能力。结果]试运行近3年后,2013年与2014年第二季度各项指标相比,临床护士压疮相关知识的知晓率提高了18.3%、新入院病人评估及时率提高了11.6%、压疮危险病人评估及时率提高了14.6%、预防措施落实率提高了17.0%、院内发生压疮上报率提高了32.4%,差异有统计学意义。院内压疮发生率及高危压疮的发生率也在逐步下降。结论]以造口治疗师为督导的专科护理管理模式是可行的,可提高压疮护理管理质量及专科护士的管理能力。

Application of specialist nursing management model in hospital pressure ulcer nursing quality control

Objective:To probe into the application effect of specialist nursing management model in pressure ul-cer nursing quality control in our hospital.Methods:The specialist nursing management model was established which took enterostomal therapist (ET)as supervision.Namely,establishing the stoma & wound nursing quali-ty management group,to give full play to the role of specialist nurses,mobilize the enthusiasm of their work and train their clinical nursing management capabilities at the same time through the participation of ET in the pres-sure ulcer nursing quality control in our hospital.Results:After nearly three years of trial operation,comparison of various indicators in the second quarter between 2013 and 2014,the awareness rate of pressure ulcer relat-ed knowledge among clinical nurses'had increased 18.3%,the timeliness rate of evaluation had increased 1 1.6%among new admitted patients and 14.6% among patients with high risk pressure ulcer,the rate of implementa-tion of preventive measures had increased 17.0% and the report rate of pressure ulcer cases in hospital had in-creased 32.4% in the second quarter of 2014.There was statistically significant difference.Also,the incidence of pressure sores in hospital as well as the incidence of high risk pressure sores was gradually decreasing.Conclu-sion:The specialist nursing management model which took enterostomal therapist (ET)as supervision was fea-sible in improving the quality of pressure ulcer nursing management as well as the management capacity of spe-cialist nurses.
