图式理论在慢性乙型肝炎病人健康教育中的效果初探

摘    要:目的]探索图式理论在慢性乙型肝炎病人健康教育中的应用效果。方法]将120例慢性乙型肝炎病人随机分成对照组和实验组各60例,对照组使用传统的健康教育方法,实验组使用在图式理论指导下的健康教育方法。在出院前对病人进行疾病相关知识调查,出院后3个月对病人进行遵医行为调查。结果]实验组对疾病相关知识掌握程度及遵医行为均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]图式理论指导下的健康教育可以有效地促进慢性乙型肝炎病人对健康教育知识的掌握,提高其遵医行为。

Preliminary research on effect of schema theory on health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application effect of schema theory on health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 120 chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into test group and control group 60 cases each.Patients of the control group received traditional health education method.Patients of the test group received heath education guided by schema theory.Then disease related knowledge of all cases had in-vestigated before discharge.And medical compliance behaviors of all patients were surveyed three months after discharge.Results:Disease related knowledge and compliance behaviors of the test group patients were higher than that of the control group cases.There were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Schema theory guided health education could effectively promote the grasp of knowledge of health education in patients with chronic hepatitis B and improve their medical compliance behaviors.
