运用微信对门诊静脉留置针患儿行延续性护理的效果

目的]探讨运用微信对门诊静脉留置针患儿进行延续护理的效果。方法]选择2016年1月—2016年4月在儿科门诊应用留置针进行静脉输液的患儿496例，分为实验组245例和对照组251例，实验组在应用常规健康教育的基础上由微信延续护理小组成员利用微信对病人进行延续式护理，对照组沿用原有健康教育方式。比较两组静脉炎发生率、器械性压疮发生率、微血栓堵管发生率、留置时间及病人满意度等指标。结果]实验组静脉炎发生率、器械性压疮发生率、微血栓堵管发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)，留置针留置时间长于对照组(P<0.01)，病人满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]运用微信对门诊静脉留置针患儿进行延续式护理可降低患儿导管相关并发症，延长留置针应用时间，提高患儿家属满意度。

Effect of WeChat on the continuity nursing care of children accepted indwelling needle in outpatient department

Objective:To probe into the effect of WeChat on the continuity nursing care of children accepted in-dwelling needle in outpatient department.Methods:A total of 496 children accepted indwelling needle in outpa-tient department from April 2016 to January 2016 were selected and divided into test group (245 cases)and con-trol group (251 cases).Children of test group received the continuity nursing care by WeChat and the routine health education.Children of control group received the routine health education only.Then the incidence rate of phlebitis,the incidence rate of pressure ulcer,the incidence of micro thrombus,the detaining time and patients' satisfaction of the two group children were compared.Results:The incidence rate of phlebitis,the incidence rate of pressure ulcer and the incidence of micro thrombus among children of test group were lower than that of con-trol group (P<0.01).The detaining time in test group children was longer than that in the control group (P<0.01).The satisfaction degree of children in test group was higher than that in control group (P<0.01).There were statistical significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:To apply Wechat in continuity nurs-ing care of children accepted indwelling needle in outpatient department could reduce catheter related complica-tions,extend the needle detaining time,and increase patients’satisfaction.
