摘    要:目的]观察两种清洗剂在手术器械清洗中的应用效果。方法]将1 000件手术器械平均分成A组、B组,每组500件,均采用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机进行机械清洗,A组采用碱性清洗剂清洗,B组采用高效多酶清洗液清洗,采用目测法、残留血检测与微生物检测法对两组清洗效果进行评价。结果]在目测结果方面,A组清洗后合格率高于B组(P0.05);在残血测试结果方面,A组清洗合格率低于B组(P0.05);在微生物检测结果方面,A组清洗合格率低于B组(P0.05)。结论]碱性清洗剂可有效减少手术器械锈斑和变色的出现,多酶清洗剂对血迹和病原菌有更好的清除作用。

Application of two kinds of cleaning agents in cleaning of surgical instruments
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application of two kinds of cleaning agents in the cleaning of surgical in-struments.Methods:A total of 1000 surgical instruments were divided into group A and group B on average,500 cases in each.All two groups of surgical instruments were cleaned by using automatic spray cleaning and disin-fection machine for mechanical cleaning.The instruments in group A were cleaned with alkaline cleaning agent, the instruments in group B were cleaned with high efficiency and multi enzyme cleaning solution.The cleaning effect was evaluated by the visual observation,residual blood detection and microbiological tests.Results:In the visual results,after cleaning the qualified rate in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05).In the re-sidual blood test results,the clean pass rate in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05).In the micro-biological test results,the clean pass rate in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:Al-kaline cleaning agent could reduce the appearance of surgical instruments rust and discoloration,and multi en-zyme cleaning agent had advantage on cleaning bloodstain and pathogen.
