摘    要: 基于延迟焦化过程的用能特点及过程系统三环节能量结构理论,对国内某炼油厂延迟焦化装置进行了能量平衡和火用平衡计算及其分析,为该装置的用能状况做出了科学的分析和评价,找出了装置的用能瓶颈,并根据分析结果指出了装置的节能方向,提出了相应的用能优化改进措施。通过采取减小循环比、优化分馏塔取热、优化换热网络和利用装置低温热等措施,使装置能耗降低了19.1%。

Abstract:Based on the three-link energy structural model, the energy and exergy for a delayed coking unit in a domestic refinery were analyzed according to its energy consumption characteristics. Its energy-using state were analyzed and evaluated, and the bottle-necks of the unit were found, and the potential for improving energy consumption was identified. In this way, the corresponding measures for improving energy consumption were proposed. The measures included the decrease of recycle ratio, the optimization of pump-arounds heat removal of main fractionator, the adjustment of heat exchanger network and the optimal utilization of low-temperature heat in the process. Therefore, the energy consumption of the unit was 19.1% lower than that of original process.
