"丛林世界"中的西方精神及其危机--兼论中华文化价值观

本文探讨现代国际关系中的中西精神。现代西方文明是以资本主义精神和基督教神学文化精神为社会基本价值取向建立起来的，美国社会是这两种精神融合在一起的典型产物，美国可以说是现代西方文明的核心代表国家。资本主义精神的核心就是谋取利润和维护个人利益，具有强烈的利己性。而基督教文化精神的核心是“拯救世界”的问题，即基督教的普世性。在一些西方人眼里，凡是非基督教文化以外的文明都不是“文明”的，需要改造，所以，丛林法则的运用成了首选。“上帝选民”般的“文化优越”和“普世情结”成了一些西方人的普遍心态。中华文明中的“和谐”和“包容”的精神是以人为主要根基的人文精神，在倡导世界文化的多元性和多样性的当今世界弥足珍贵，为人类和平友好相处，为各种文明相互借鉴、学习，共同发展提供了原则性的指导。

Western Spirit in the "Jungle World "and Cultural values of China

The West modern civilization is based on the social value of both the capitalist spirit and the Christian religion spirit.The U.S.A. is the nuclear country which is representing the west modern civilization among the west modern countries now.The American society is the typical product produced by the capitalist and Christian spirit. The core spirit of capitalism means getting profit and defending personal interest with strong selfishness. In addition, the core spirit of the Christian means delivering the world from all evil. In some westerner's eyes, none of any other civilization is really civilized except Christian civilization .They believe that the application of jungle law is first and critical when treating the None-Christian civilization and feel the sense of cultural superiority over others. There is a world-saving complex in their mind.Keeping harmony and peace is the essential spirit of Chinesecivilization ,which is essentially based on the spirit of humanity. When promoting pluralistic culture ,It is much more valuable and precious than ever before .Also it provide the human beings with the principle guide about how to exist and develop together with peace for ever.
