节能型超低冲次抽油机技术研究

摘    要:超低渗透油藏的产量低,目前使用的抽油机配置参数不合理,系统效率低,能量损耗大,经济效益差。在分析抽油机参数合理配置的基础上,提出了节能型超低冲次抽油机的技术方案,最低冲次为1.5 min-1,与其配套的电机功率比常规抽油机减少约1/3,负载率、电机效率有很大提高,能够满足长庆油田超低渗透油藏高效节能开采的需求。

Abstract:Based on the character of low reservoir permeability and the problems of irrational allocation,low system efficiency,high rate of energy loss and poor economic benefit for pumping unit application,a systematic study on energy-saving type ultra-low pumping speed unit has been completed by optimization allocation parameters in this paper.The results showed: The lowest pumping speed of this machine type was 1.5 times per minute;the corresponding motor power decreased by 1/3,compared with that of conventional pumping units.The load rate and motor efficiency increased greatly.It can meet the demands of high efficiency energy saving exploration in Changqing oilfield.
