《中国图书馆分类法》第4版向第5版过渡期间的编目技术问题研究

随着《中图图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》)(第5版)的正式出版,各图书馆都面临着《中图法》(第4版)向《中图法》(第5版)过渡的问题。怎样完成新旧版本使用的顺利过渡而又尽可能不影响读者查找图书,成为各图书馆编目部门亟需解决的重要技术问题。针对这一情况,西安交通大学图书馆通过对类号改变产生的16种情况的分析研究,形成了变动类目统计表,并制订了工作细则,从而实现了两个版本之间的平稳过渡。

Research on the Technical Problems of Cataloguing During the Transition Period from the 4th Edition to the 5th Edition of Chinese Library Classification

With the publishment of Chinese Library Classification (CLC)(5th edition), libraries face problems of transiting from the 4th edition to the 5th edition. How to achieve it without affecting readers has become an urgent technical challenge for every cataloguing department. After analyzing sixteen situations resulted from altered class numbers, Xi'an Jiaotong University Library formulates a change category table with detailed specifications, and achieves a smooth transition between two versions.
