摘    要:为研究三元催化转化器(TWC)的起燃特性,采用AMESim软件建立了某车型TWC的物理模型,用数值求解气固两相的质量守恒方程组和能量守恒方程组的方法对其进行了模拟计算,并得到了不同影响因数下的CO、氮氧化合物(NOx)、碳氢化合物(CaHb)等废气转化率曲线。结果表明:发动机控制策略、TWC的位置及其内部结构对起燃特性都有影响。

Abstract:We use AMESim to build a three-way catalytic converter(TWC) physical model to study the light off characteristics through numerical solution of the energy and mass conservation equations of gas-solid two phases.We obtained the emissions conversion rate curve,such as CO,unburned hydrocarbons(CaHb) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) for different parameters.The results show that the engine control strategy,allocation of TWC and its structure are the factors that influence the TWC light off characteristics,which provids...
