进口与国产血竭对心血管系统的等效性研究

目的：进行两种药材（进口与国产血竭）对心血管系统的等效性研究。方法：采用垂体后计素造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型、结扎下腔静脉造大鼠血栓形成模型、毛细玻管法测定大鼠凝血时间考察进口和国产血竭药材对大鼠急性心肌缺血、血栓形成、凝血时间的影响。通过测定药的半数有效量（ED50），观察两者是否具有等效性。结果：进口血竭和国产血竭药材的高、中剂量组对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有较明显的改善作用，并能有效抑制血栓的形成和延长凝血时间，其ED50分别为0．1470g·kg^-1，0．3136g·kg^-1。95％的可信区间0．12-0．18g·kg^-1，0．26～0．39g·kg^-1之间。结论：进口和国产血竭药材具有一定的活血化瘀作用，两者在95％区间内具有等效性。为进一步临床研究提供了可靠的实验依据。

Study on Eqvivalence of Dragon's Blood and Resina Draconis on the Cardiovascular System

Objective： The study on the isoeffect of the two kinds of medicinal herbs on the cardiovascular system. Method： The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was made by pituitrin and the rat model of thrombosis was made by the inferior vena cava ligation, and the Coagulation time was measured by Glass capillary tube to inspect the effection of Dragong Blood and Resina draconis on acute myocardial ischemia, thrombosis and blood coagulation time. ED50 of the unitage of the drug was measured to observe whether they have the equivalence. Result： The myocardial ischemia of the rats was improved by high and medium dose of the Dragon＇s blood of domestic and Resina Draconis. The formation of the thrombus was controlled and the coagulation time was shortened effectively. The ED50 were 0. 1470g·kg^-1 and 0. 3136g·kg^-1 respectively. The credibility interval of 95% were about 0.12 -0.18g·kg^-1 ,0.26 -0.39g·kg^-1 respectively. Conclusion： The Dragon~ blood of domestic and imported medicine has a role in blood circulation, and has the equivalence between the credibility interval of 95%. It supports the further clinic study with a reliable experimental data.
