盐酸氨溴索片联合金嗓利咽丸治疗咽异感症的临床研究

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索片联合金嗓利咽丸治疗咽异感症的临床疗效.方法:对120例无具体病因引起的咽异感症患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组每组60例.治疗组60例应用盐酸氨溴索片联合金噪利咽丸口服治疗;对照组60例应用金嗓利咽丸进行口服治疗.均让患者服药后的d7、d14复诊,观察咽部症状变化.结果:治疗组:60例患者,在服药一周后出现疗效者57例,总有效率为95%;第二周出现疗效者为59例,总有效率为98.3%.对照组:60例患者,服药后一周出现疗效者45例,总有效率为75%;第二周出现疗效者51例,总有效率为85%.行X2检验:两组疗效有显著性差异P＜0.01.结论:盐酸氨溴索片联合金嗓利咽丸治疗咽异感症疗效较高,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Study of Juntsu Combine Jinsangliyan pill for Feeling of Foreign Bodie in Phargnx

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect about Juntsu combine Jin sang pill treatment for feeling of foreingn bodies in phargnx.Method: 120 cases without specific cause of disease divided into 60 cases for treatment group and 60 cases for contrast groups.The treatment group took jun stu.60 cases for contrast groups take A.Instraction to the two groups follow ed up at the 7th days and at the 14th days and observe the symptom.Result: 57 cases of 60 and 45 cases of 60 was effective after one week treatment in treatmentgroup and contrast group respectively.And the effective rate was 95%,75% respectively.At the second week the effective rate was 98.3%(59 cases) and 85%(51 cases) in two groups respectively.There was significance difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The curatiue effect of the treament for feeling of foreingn bodies in phargnx is better.It is worthing spreed.
