摘    要:采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了三种自修复剂:SJS、SSY和SKD的减摩抗磨以及自修复性能,并与未加自修复剂的SJ10W-40汽油机油作对比,同时探讨了四球机试验法对自修复剂性能评价的适用性。试验完成后,分别利用三维白光干涉表面形貌仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及EDS能谱仪,对小球磨斑的粗糙度、表面形貌以及表面元素进行了分析。结果表明:自修复剂的加入使得油样的摩擦系数减小,说明自修复剂具有一定的减摩抗磨作用。表面分析研究表明,在采用四球机试验方法获得的磨斑表面上,自修复剂并未体现自修复效果,说明四球机试验法(SH/T 0189)不适用于SJS、SSY和SKD自修复剂自修复性能的评价。

Abstract:The tribological properties of self-repairing lubricating oil additives(SJS,SSY and SKD)were studied by using a MS-10J 4-Balls Machine.A comparison was made between the base oil(SJ 10W-40) and the oil(SJ 10W-40) with the three addictives.The applicability of the 4-Ball test method that evaluates the self-repairing property of the additives was discussed.The roughness,surface morphologies and elementary composition of wear spot of the balls were analyzed by using Phase Shift Micro XAM-3D,SEM(FEI Quanta 200) ...
