摘    要:通过田间试验,研究培肥后影响土壤C、N、P等物质循环的土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,培肥增加了土壤转化酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶活性,尤以有机肥+化肥和有机肥处理效果最明显,可见有机肥在烟田土壤培肥中占据重要地位;土壤酶活性与土壤大多数化学性质呈显著或极显著正相关,反映出土壤酶活性可在一定程度上表征土壤肥力水平的高低;碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶与烟草的农艺性状、脱氢酶与烟草品质呈显著正相关,说明培肥后土壤酶活性与烟草长势等的变化规律一致;构建的总体酶活性与土壤化学性质、烟草农艺性状和品质呈较好相关关系,表明土壤总体酶活性可表征烟田土壤肥力水平高低。

Abstract:By field experiment we studied the effect of different fertilizations on soil biochemical activity.The results were as follows: fertilizers improved activities of invertase,urease,alkaline-phosphatase,catalase and dehydrogenase,especially organic matter combined with chemical fertilizer and organic matter models,which indicated that organic matter played an important role in fertilizers.There was significant and remarkably significant positive correlation between soil enzyme activities and most of chemical ...
