摘    要:随着现代设计方法的广泛运用,对振动筛进行动态特性分析,用动态设计取代静态设计已成为现代振动筛设计发展的必然趋势。振动筛是由多个零件组成的复杂组合结构,仅对个别零部件进行分析,无法全面反映振动筛整体的性能,特别是在动态分析中,各零部件之间结合部的接触参数对动态性能的解析计算精度影响很大。文章采用用户自定义矩阵单元来处理筛箱结合部位的接触问题,在商品化软件Pro/Mechanica、ANSYS平台上建立了筛箱的有限元模型,并对其进行动态特性分析,获得了筛箱低阶固有频率与模态振型,找出了筛箱在额定载荷作用下各部位的动态应力分布规律。分析表明,筛箱结构设计合理,且在设计工况下,动态强度满足要求,为该筛的改进设计及后续筛箱动态强度的试验研究提供了必要的依据。

Abstract:As the modern design method is widely used, it is the logical trend of the development of modern shale shakers' design the performance analysis of shale shakers is conducted and the dynamic design is applied to alternate the static design. A shale shaker is a complex structure consisting of many parts. It can't reflect the whole performance of the shale shaker to analyze some parts only. Especially in the dynamic analysis, the contact parameters of the joints between different parts will contribute big influence on the analytically calculating accuracy of the dynamic performance. The matrix unit self defined by users is used to handle the contact problem of the screen joint. The finite element model is established using the commercialized softwares like Pro/Mechanica、ANSYS. Through the analysis of dynamic performance, it is obtained both the low order inherent frequencies and mode shapes of the screen. The dynamic law of the stress distribution is found at the different positions of the screen under the rated load. The analysis shows the structure design of the screen is reasonable, and the dynamic strength meets the requirements under the designed working conditions, which provide necessary basis for the design improvement of the shale shaker and the following experimental study of the screen dynamic strength.
