网络药理学在中药研究中的应用进展

中药具有多成分、多靶点和整体作用的特点, 网络药理学具有与中药作用类似的特点, 选择网络药理学技术来研究中药的药效物质基础和作用分子机制成为一种趋势。网络药理学技术可以帮助研究人员聚焦所需要研究的蛋白、基因和通路, 成为研究人员常用的筛选工具。主要介绍了网络药理学常用研究方法, 常用数据库和工具, 对网络药理学在中药药效物质基础和作用机制、中药药性理论和中药的毒性作用机制方面的应用进行综述, 并对网络药理学在中药应用中面临的挑战及展望进行总结, 以期为后续网络药理学在中药中的研究提供一定参考。 

Application Progress of Network Pharmacology in Traditional Chinese Medicine Research

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and overall action.Network pharmacology has similar characteristics with TCM.Therefore,it is a trend to choose network pharmacology technology to study the material foundation and molecular mechanism of TCM.Network pharmacology technology can help researchers focus on the proteins,genes,and pathways,and become a common screening tool for researchers to conduct research.This paper mainly introduces the common research methods,commonly used databases and tools of network pharmacology,summarizes the material foundation and molecular mechanism of TCM,the properties theory,the toxic mechanism of TCM,the challenges and prospects of network pharmacology in the application of TCM,in order to provide a certain reference for the subsequent research of network pharmacology in TCM.
