夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性评价

目的:探讨夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法:选择2018年1月—2019年12月于本科室收治的60例LDH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分配为观察组和对照组,30例/组。对照组采用夹脊穴常规针刺治疗,观察组采用夹脊穴温针灸治疗,均治疗2周。比较两组治疗后的临床总有效率、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、JOA评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和生活质量评分,评价两组治疗期间的安全性。结果:经治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显比对照组的73.33%(22/30)更高(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、ODI指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的JOA评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组与对照组总不良反应发生率均为6.67%(2/30)。结论:采用夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可明显减轻患者腰腿部疼痛,并改善其腰椎功能与生活质量,具有可靠的临床疗效和安全性。

Curative Effect and Safety of Needle-Warming Moxibustion on Jiaji Acupoints in Treating LDH

Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of needle-warming moxibustion on Jiaji acupoints in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:60 LDH patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine needling Jiaji acupoints,whereas the observation group was treated with needle-warming moxibustion on Jiaji acupoints.After 2 weeks of the treatment,the total clinical effective rate,the scores of VAS,JOA and ODI,as well as quality of life were compared between the two groups after the treatment.The therapy safety was evaluated in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and ODI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of JOA and life quality in the observation group were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of total adverse reactions,it was both 6.67%(2/30)in the two groups.Conclusion:Needle-warming moxibustion on Jiaji acupoints can significantly alleviate the pain of low back and leg in the patients with LDH,it can improve their lumbar function and quality of life,with its reliable clinical curative effect and high safety.
