摘    要:缓倾斜、薄至中厚矿体露天采剥方法及设备配置相关研究不多,针对国外某铝土矿矿体为缓倾斜、薄至中厚矿体的赋存特点,设计推荐采剥工作面布置沿地形水平布置,由下往上开采,推土机剥离或集堆,挖掘机铲挖,采矿、复垦同时进行,该方法能提高矿山设备效率,降低能耗及贫化率,最终达到高效、节能、效益最大化的目的。

Abstract:Stripping method of gently inclined, thin to medium thick ore bodies and equipment configuration at open - pit are not much research. In view of occurrence characteristics of the gently inclined, thin to medium thick orebody of some overseas bauxite, In the design process, stripping working face is along level terrain layout, which will be recommended. From bottom to top, stripping or piling in bulldozer, scooping in excavator, mining and reclamation are slso take action. The method can improve the efficiency of mining equipment and the ore recovery rate, reduce the energy consumption and the dilution rate, meanwhile achieve efficient, energy-saving, benefit - maxi- mization objective.
