摘    要:传感器是磁性液体的重要应用领域之一。为弥补现有磁性液体微压差传感器的不足,设计了一种新型的磁性液体微压差传感器,该传感器的复合磁芯由磁导率高的1Cr13和永久磁铁构成,磁性液体被吸附在永久磁铁的端部形成环状起到润滑和密封的作用,敏感元件采用1Cr13,转换元件采用对称线圈。当磁芯进入线圈后,使得线圈电感发生变化,电桥电路输出明显的电压信号。在此基础上,提出了回复力的线性程度和磁性液体环的耐压能力决定了磁性液体微压差传感器的量程范围,并通过理论推导、仿真分析和实验研究的手段证明了磁性液体环的密封耐压能力能够满足磁性液体微压差传感器的测量要求。该传感器体积小、成本低、便于安装,具有很强的实用价值。

Abstract:Sensor is an important application field of magnetic fluid. In order to remedy the insufficiency of the existing magnetic fluid micro pressure difference sensor, in this paper, a novel magnetic fluid micro pressure difference sensor is designed. The compound magnetic core of the sensor is composed of 1Cr13 with high permeability and permanent magnets. The magnetic fluid is adsorbed on the top of the permanent magnets as a ring for lubrication and sealing. The sensing element is a magnetic core made of 1Cr13, and the transform element is a pair of symmetrical coils. When the compound magnetic core moves into the coil, the inductance of the coil changes and the bridge circuit will output an obvious voltage signal. In addition, based on above, this paper proposes that the measuring range of the magnetic fluid micro pressure difference sensor is determined by the linearity of the restoring force and the anti pressure capability of the magnetic fluid ring. The theoretical derivation, simulated analysis and experimental investigation prove that the anti pressure capability of the magnetic fluid ring can satisfy the measurement requirement of the magnetic fluid micro pressure difference sensor. The proposed sensor is small in size, low cost, easy to install, and has significant application value.
