DCS冗余系统在烟气脱硫上的应用

随着行业竞争的加剧和不断升级的环境保护压力,各生产企业更加追求生产设备的可靠性和稳定性,尤其是那些控制关键性生产工序的设备,往往需要采用冗余配置。PLC的集散控制系统（DCS）是目前最为先进的过程冗余控制系统。该文重点介绍了以2个ControlLogix处理器为基础,利用现代网络技术、图形显示技术和冗余技术,实现对分散控制设备进行调节、监视和管理的DCS系统在烟气脱硫生产方面的系统解决方案。

The application of DCS redundant systems in flue gas desulfurization

With increased competition in the industry and escalating environmental protection pressure,the production company to pursue more production equipment reliability and stability,especially those who control critical production process equipment often requires the use of redundancy.Currently,most based on programmable logic controller distributed control system（DCS） for its high reliability and control,management excellence,it is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy,electric power and other industries,is the most advanced process control system redundancy.This paper focuses on the two ControlLogix processor,the use of modern network technology,graphics technology and redundancy technology for distributed control devices to regulate,monitor and manage the DCS system in the production of flue gas desulfurization system solutions.
