斜拉桥结构中拉索的施工技术

摘    要:斜拉桥是由承压的塔、受拉的索和承弯的梁组合起来的一种结构体系,其中索的施工尤为复杂。对斜拉桥中拉索的牵引和张拉、拉索施工关键技术、张拉工装设计以及张拉索力确定等方面进行分析和研究,特别提出以初始应变为不变值的张拉过程模拟方法,可直接得到各根索的张拉力。该方法不仅能使得到的张拉力准确可靠,而且使得张拉过程时间缩短,可节省脚手架等施工成本。

Abstract:Cable-stayed bridge is composed of compressed tower,tensioned cable and bent beam,of which the construction of cable is complex.Issues such as the pulling and tensioning,key construction technology of the cable,design of tensioning device and determining tensing value of cable were analysed and researched,and tensioning value could be got directly through tensioning process simulation method with constant initial strain,which was put forward.The method not only maked tensioning value exact and reliable,but also shortened tensioning time,accordingly the construction cost such as falsework etc could be saved.
