| 摘 要： | 首先，对逆向物流的特点做了归纳总结并进行了分类；其次，在综合正向物流特点的基础上，提出了正向物流与逆向物流相结合的一体化网络结构；然后，结合系统论，设计了正向物流与逆向物流一体化的基本架构，并分析了系统各要素的功能结构；最后，分析了系统的信息流和实物流，提出了以数据处理为中心的多方信息共享方案。
