| Abstract: | Based on analyses and sorting of large amount of data the quatern- ary sediments in Qingdao are classified into 6 groups. The features of spatial distri- bution, Physical-mechanical properties of each group are studied. Analysis of engin- eering countermeasures for quaternary sediments is conducted based upon the selec- tion of beating stratum, foundation pit bracing, ground treatment. |
