| 摘 要： | 红花是食药两用植物，过去对红花的研究主要集中在其药用价值上。采用红花提取液经小鼠实验表明其具有显著减少小鼠运动引起的血乳酸升高、消除运动引起的肌肉疲劳、增强耐力和抗缺氧的功效，有可能在功能食品如运动员食品等领域得到应用。

| Abstract: | Safflower is one kind of plant which can be used as food and medicine.In the past, the study of safflower emphasised on its medical value. For the experiment, the extractives of safflower is proved to have functions which reduce the rise of lacticemia and ease the muscular fatigue resulting from sport, improve endurance and resist oxygen-absence through mice experiments.It is possible for safflower to be used in functional food fields such as sports-food. |
